No - it will be here this week though...

What's the deal with the clen combo - you get ONE bottle of taurine for $3 off but I needed 5 bottles of taurine just to get me through the next 11 weeks....

lookin good to me. i know what you mean about not being sure whether or not you are getting defined in those places. its really annoying at first, but after about a month of dieting (two more weeks for you i guess) you will be quite confident you are changing dramatically.

are you using that diet that you have posted on the page before this one of this thread?

Yeah - I hate even looking at my body right now because I drive myself crazy...

As for the diet - I am sticking to the one I attached in the word document on page 2. I have followed it to a T but I replaced the blackstrap mollasses pwo with honey today, because I couldn't stomach the mollases anymore....

Post some before pictures bro. Would like to see what you are looking like. I took weekly pictures throughout the whole 12 weeks. It's hard to see your body changing when you are looking at yourself everyday, But when you look at your pictures from 3 weeks ago you can tell a difference. Good luck with your diet brother.

Thanks for the encouragement - I took some pictures earlier this week. I really wished that I had taken some from before when I was heavier. Oh well, I plan on posting before, during and afters but not until I am further into it...

Looking good brother. It's hard to judge you from just that picture but I would say you may want to focus on your lat width. You look very proportional which definitely helps on stage. Just make sure you come in lean enough. I don't know how many times I see guys get on stage and they look like they are 4-5 weeks out. They take the size over the leanness and the leanness will win every time. Congrats on doing your first show natural. You'll do just fine brother. It will be a long 12 weeks but it's all worth it. I give props to anyone who has the discipline to diet that strict for 12 weeks.

If you have a chance post some progress pics a couple weeks from now. Would like to see you progress. Good luck brother.

Nice but critical. You should have gotten your tatoo bigger. Your young, your patient as evidence by your still being natural. Id say keep doing what your doing and your gains will come . You have a nice overall shape and adding the thickness to it slowly will keep that. Good Luck.

I really can't give you too much in the way of comments now; it's funny, when we comment on bodybuilders they're on stage and all dieted down, we don't even have a concept of them being 12-14% bf when we can't see their muscles well. However, you look like you have nice size to your quads, good lats, and pretty wide shoulders. Make sure to bring up your traps and outer chest.

Another thing -- not to scare you or to encourage AAS use -- but you will notice a difference in the physiques of those who use and those who don't. I'm not sure how big your show is, but in a big one that I did naturally, I was 5'9 and a middleweight. A lot of my opponents were 5'6 and in their 30s, and I was 24.

It's a wonderful road, though, you amaze yourself every time you diet for a show...good luck

I am shooting for a weight but if I come in lower than that with better conditioning I will be happy. Thanks for the encouragement!

Yeah - I'm not happy with my hamstrings, shoulders, lats, traps, chest and most of all arms! I am still a work in progress but I am anxious to see what I look like at 4% etc so I will at least have that experience under my belt.

I hadn't thought about taking pictures from the floor. That's a damn good idea - duh. THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP BRO...

In case anyone wants to know - House1 has been my mentor through my first few weeks and he has been extremely nice, patient and helpful the entire time. Helluva a guy....

hams are really tough...there have been people competing for years who don't even have a dimple in them. Sometimes I feel my own ham workouts are missing something. If your gym has a standing ham curl, try it -- mine doesn't have one. Also, I've read a lot about stretching your hams between sets helping their growth and developmen
