salt loading

salt loading works very well if it all comes together in the end -

way to many variables that can fuck you up though -- i held on to the water longer - found myself with pro tan running all over sitting in a sauna night before this past show -

my wife and i dicussed it in length before doing it - i salt loaded for the first show this past october - not for the second -

came in harder and fuller for the second - without salt load - wanted to do a experiment with this last show as i did not plan on coming in top form anyway -- pretty much wanted to confirm whats better salt load or no salt load for me -- so far no salt load looks like it for me --

will know by the end of the week

oh and will be sitting at ihop sunday morning :bbq:

Yea bro, like I always say, messing with your sodium is so hit or miss that the downfalls outweigh the benefits. Not worth wasting all those weeks of hard work on the chance that you MIGHT look better with salt loading.
