branch should have been 3 rd - he was the hardest guy there - just not the package judges are looking for -

I feel kinda sorry for Branch. He is usually the most shredded guy in the show but his delts and especially arms will always hold him back. His chest and quads totally over-power his arms/delts and there is just nothing he could ever do about it.
On a side note, look at Kai Green's legs, good god...

so from what i hear from a bunch of people is that Dexter acted like a real asshole after he won. basically saying that he doesn't really work very hard at this etc.. Arnold being the greatest wasn't going to have that. he says to dexter on stage, "so what is it then, you just pop a bunch of pills". hahahahha. they say dexter went from black to red in 1 second. hhaha. arnold is the best.

The girl I was helping with posing etc took 3rd in the amateurs - she has a ton of potential - I'm pretty sure her sights are on junior nationals now....
