yup, those pictures tell it all; Kai, Dex, Xman, Branch all look a little off, Heath looks great but doesn't win.

Dexter needs to hang it up. Guy has not changed in 10 years. His physique isn't gonna win him anything anymore.
Phil continues to grow his upper body, some of the sickest arms i ever seen, but his legs have not changed in the last few years. he looks top heavy. branch look pretty damn good. kai is looking sick as usual.

i think i would have put branch in front of phil actually. phil arms are as big as his quads and that is not a good thing.

I think he needs more side delt, but I think that of Kai aswell, branch looked better at the O IMO, so branch beats Dex again.

TBH I think Bodybuilding has taken a step forward, ofcourse ronny isn't there but the quality of the lineups is staggering

I think bodybuilders should be deducted points for putting thee hand to their ear, waving the crown to come on with that gay wafting of the hand and wobbling the thighs, its all so 90's and I don't wish to see it any longer.
