who the fuck cares about powerlifting. the fattest smallest guys in my gym are powerlifters. they can lift 1000lbs but they dont look like they ever been in a gym.

your saying don't use leverage/height as an excuse I think. However to me its a proven physiological fact that these have a bearing and in contrast to your statement its always the short guys that talk about the weight they move to compensate for the way they look. If fact, the shorter you are the stronger you should be. In MMA I can see the opposite being true, a heavier built guy would more likely gas compared to a taller leaner guy of the same weight. leverage and reach do play a factor and I doubt you'd call randy couture a bitch when he said that even when he covered up properly Lesnars reach got round the back of his guard and thats where he got dropped by lesnars hook.

Looks good. I watched Phil win his procard in Vegas 5 years ago and even then he looked phenomenal. He has made dramatic improvements within the last 5 years. |
