If you grip your knife properly, cutting is easy regardless of the meat.

I agree as well....I feel that as long as what you are doing is not completely and utterly obnoxious to the point of making people sick, then it is your business how you conduct yourself. I don't buy into all that social etiquette crap. Where did those rules come from anyway? Who established them and why are they right and everyone else wrong?
