Shoulder Injury - acromioclavicular joint
My bro jacked up his shoulder pretty bad at a competition recently (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). Does anyone have experience and/or suggestions regarding rehab on a acromioclavicular joint (AC joint) separation? The Dr. thinks it may be a Grade 1 which is more like a stretching rather than tearing.
Any suggestions? Or a point or two in the right direction? Thanks in advance, Con |

There is a great article on testosterone.net with a workout with pics and all for rehabing/strengthening the rotator cuff muscles. . .
just type in a search for "rotator solution"
