In regards to both pictures, however, the first picture can't be singled out towards just women.

The second picture would be equivalent to having your pecker operated on to make it just as big as your legs are. Sure, you can brag about having the biggest slong in the world, but I doubt that any women would want to touch it and those who could actually use the things would be the ones nobody else wants to touch...it'd be like giving birth in reverse
