I am interested in getting into teaching. I have longed love to talk to people about ideas and such and I thought what better way to do what I love. Does anyone know the requirments for that say around the maryland/west virginia area. I would definetly be a history or science teacher. Right now I have high school (obviously) and 83 college credits.

Don't know the answer to your question, yet want to say your going in the right direction.

You communicate very well, clear brief too the point with a reason, extremely knowedgeable, have patience, and seem to enjoy helping.

With those qualities pick a subject you're passionate about, and you'll be set.

wow that was a very nice compliment. Yeah I would probably focus on science as I love talking about it and reading up on it.

i used to substitute... I believe in maryland you need your bachelors and a teaching certificate... although i believe there are ways around the certificate as teachers are in demand.

that is what I was hoping. NOT that I want to cut corners but I would rather get the job and then continue my education as I have the job. I know I would be good at it. I guess I should start looking. Moving from new york, those schools will seem like cake.

I am also passionate about sex but my fiancee said being a porn star is out of the question, though she seemed to think that exotic dancing would be okay as a weekend job as long as she was my manager. LOL

go to www.rivals.com and ask them.its a high school sports network but a lot of teachers post there.

You could also go into directing porn movies, still a pretty good way to spend your days!
