Sport Bikes?

How many miles can you get out of one? I know nothing about them, but i hear they get great gas mileage and i was thinking of getting one for riding to school and around town.....

i have a honda cbr 929 erion, and i have about 11,000 on it and it is still going strong, but it is maintained very well. gas milage is about 32, most of the time(depending on how hard you run it).

People who have sports bikes usually ride them pretty hard. So take an etimate of 1000 miles on a bike can be similare to 10000 on a car.

Shibby, dogg do you really believe that? Bro I got two and I think they are designed for that type of use. It would be abuse if you did not change the oil very regulary etc...

maintain maintain maintain. they are built to take abuse; high redlines, verticle operation. They can take it as long as you follow the maintainece schedual and all that.
