Quick question

Ok, I ordered some Lowering Springs for my Mustang from this site. The place from where i got them from are located in California and Im from Texas. How long does it usually take for them to arrive here in my house. I asked the guy when I ordered and all depends where I live at. He said usually 3-5 working days. If I ordered them this Monday is it possible to get them today or sometime next week. A buddy here told me that they usually arrive within 2 weeks. Has anyone ever ordered perfomance parts ike that and waited.

Once he sends them it shouldn't take more that 1-2 weeks for delivery. The problem is when he sends them. I rebuilt a 67 Cougar with my dad when I was in high school and we sometimes waited monthes for parts that we ordered.
From what I delt with the bigger companies are just as bad if not worse. They fill so many orders that they get back logged.

I usually order my Mustang parts from Steeda and I get them w/in a week. However, they are also in the same state. You'll probably get yours next week.

If they're shipping via UPS Groundtrack from CA to TX will likely take 3 to 5 business days (if your town is a small town, it'll be more like 5 days, but if you're in a major city, most likely 3 or 4 days). They don't deliver on Sat or Sun. so if the item was in stock and shipped out right away, you should have them today or Monday. Bad weather will slow down deliveries too.

i went to ups.com and found my order. I ordered on the 23rd which was Monday and they shipped it on Tuesday around 6 pm. It says it go here on Wed 25th and was out for Delivery at 10:00 in the morning. So im guessing the thing is here in my city but havent gotten it

Sounds like you've got a lazy driver who's waiting till he's got another package for your area. You can call them and put in a complaint. If it was there on Wed. you certainly should have had it deliveredy by now.

it says:



arrival scan: 8:03am
OUT FOR DELIVERY: 8:24 A.M.
DELIVERY: 10:13 A.M.

but it says its here

You need to contact the person you ordered it from, then they'll put in a claim with UPS. It's a PIA. You could try asking your neighbors if they got it but if they did, they should have given it to you since your name was on the package.
