6 premies by c-section all delivered within one minute. They'd want to act fast since they need immediate medical attention being so small. Hope they all grow healthy quickly.
Can you imagine having 6 infants to care for? Hopefully they have pleanty of friends and relatives to help pitch in.

Obviously, it was fertility hormones that played the major role in that endeavor, lol. It's like a feast or famine situation: either can't get preggy or else you have a 1/2 dozen. Be careful what you wish for...
