I have a question about Jehova's Witness's place of worship.

Does anyone know why the Kingdom Halls do not have windows (at least that's the way they are in my area)? Not that it matters or anything, I've just always found it odd.

I had this smoking hot Jehova Witness girl come to my house several times last summer. She looked about 18 and I kept telling her I was interested in her magazine and would like some study time together. She came by about 5 times and I just couldn't bring myself to put a move on her because she was too innocent.

They send around pretty girls in my area too. I think its trying to manipulate young men. I was real nice to them until my girlfriend came to the door and gave em the look like she was gonna kill em'.

you guys are to funny. LOL no one is that innocent. religious girls are the biggest freaks because they were repressed when younger

they do that to keep distractions during study time to minimum..jehovas are very learned in their material..they do not send people out visiting until they are fully prepared and know the material from front to back..jehovahs are very strict cult..and yes i said cult..

we had a catholic school close it doors when I was in high school and the kids that came over from that were absolutley terrible. LOL plus a lot of them came from money so that makes it even worse because their parents let them do whatever they wanted.

Private schools tend to have a drug problem much sooner than public schools and from my experience with friends they also tend to turn out the larger majority of kids with serious issues in one way or another. Being held back from society in a glass room can cause anyone problems.

well, depends on your definition of cult, by most standards they are considered one. most academically applied standards include use of unique phrases that only learned members understand (watchtower, etc. . .), frequent and long intense study periods, isolation from mainstream society except when proselyting, shunning members not deemed to be up to 'par,' in short, the creation of a culture surrounding their beliefs. by that definition most bodybuilders are in a 'cult,' albeit, one i'd much rather be a member of. I hereby declare myself the leader of the holy church of body-building. our secret gestures shall include certain flexing poses, we'll use strange phrases like 'hypertrophy specific training,' we shall shun those who are flabby, who do not go to the gym often enough, we will limit your diet and make you into machines (good looking ones though). yeah, in short, our cult will rule other cults...
in all seriousness though, i think religion is the worst thing to have ever happened to spirituality. i especially dislike culture heavy groups that create their own sense of isolationism such as jay-dubs. and dammit, why do you guys get hot jw's going around, last week i had two 3-buck plus middle aged women knocking on my door who wanted to read the bible with me... I DON'T HAVE COUCHES BIG ENOUGH FOR THEM!!!!
