Going to be hard to find a good all-in-one at that price. HP is the way to go, but you may wanna try Overstock to find a discontinued or factory rebuilt machine. I bought a rebuilt one a year ago and saved about $100. Real happy with the machine.

Hears the deal, if you really want an all in one you need to know what you want.

1) What are you printing the most of?
2) What is its main use, printer? scanner? fax?
3) You want an HP, in most cases they are your best choice. Epson claims to have better prints per page, but they rate the coverage as like 5% when text usually covers paper at about 7 or 8%. Thats another thing, when it quotes pages/cartridge its gonna give you something like 250 or so if I remember right, and thats if you are printing text.
4) Sometimes the extended warantee is a good idea...

bro look into the new dell line. I bought the mid-grade of them. it does all you are looking for and was about 120- I love the thing so far. does about 22 pages a minute in black ink and about 11 or 12 in color I think. has copying, fax, scanning and printing capabilities as well.

About the above, I might wave away from the dell line. They are made by Lexmark, or they were last time I checked. When I worked at Staples we had some lady walk in with hers and the power pack had melted the plastics and she couldn't get it to come out. Not a good thing.
