|
women's preference: ripped or big?
so i'm natural. after a few weeks of eating big and training big i'll get good size in my arms and chest and legs. but i can't seem to keep the size and be ripped at the same time. i bulk but don't have very good definition and i lose sight of my six-pack. then i'll cycle lower on calories and more carbs and i get ripped but lose 4-5 pounds in the process.
what do the women prefer? is the size or the cut better? or should i just bust the training into high gear and get both.

Most women prefer ripped but not all, just depends on the girl and her type. Some girls dont even like muscle, so it depends

i guess it was kinda a stupid post, but i was hoping for some sort of consensus from women on this board. since they seem to workout and such.
my wife says she likes it both ways . . . ha!

I'm not crazy about guys being really ripped unless they're doing a show, otherwise 10-14% bf is nice IMO as long as there's a nice amount of muscle underneath. I love it when my husband is bulking and has a little extra on him. When he's leaner and I want to cuddle with him it's like snuggling with a rock, I have to put a pillow on his arm if I want to be comfortable.

I don't think there will be an ultimate answer here, women are all just so different, its inevitable that most will like different things. Just go with the look with which you feel most comfortable and confident...... Looks don't make a man, its the way you walk and the way you talk!

Well here is my opinion on this,women have different tastes I should know because all the hot women here where I live are always with some skinny white boy with no muscle tone or with some fat ass that ate too much and mickey d's but of course there aren't too many ripped or bulky guys here to begin with but that goes to show you that women do indeed have different tastes but guys are the same way,some guys like a very toned lady,some guys like just plain skinny ladies and there are even some that like a little chub here and there.
But being ripped and shredded does make the ladies turn their heads and say mmmmmmmmmmm,you do have an advantage over a lot of guys because there are a ton of women that like that kind of guy but here is the kicker,regardless of what type a lot of good it does you if you have a piss poor attitude(that can also go both ways as well). Now if you have a guy that is ripped and shredded and has a nice and pleasent personality then that is a 100% plus on your side and most women are going to go for a guy with the total package(nice body,good personality). Oh by the way what I mean ripped and shredded I mean a guy with that is lean but with very good muscle mass on him.
