Ronnie Coleman when he actually deserved to be Mr. O.
Colemans first Mr O is the only time he deserved it. Here he is the first time he won. He has never come close to this since then.

He has been softer and smaller in every O since then.

Bouncer i strongly disagree...he deserved 2003 MR O. he blew everyone away..his conditioning was outstanding..yes in previous yrs like 2002 he did come a bloated.....but in his 2003 showing...he was the freakest bodybuilder im my opinion to step on stage....i just saw big ron an a couple of the other big name pros...this past weekend...it looks like ron is keeping his conditioning all yr round....but he still looked very massive....what really caught my eye was how jay cutler looked...i was very impressed with his shape...i know in the last couple months he hasnt been doing that well but it seems like hes back on track....

I'm with you on that one, Bouncer. Although he came in at 287 or so he still looked thicker and more vascular in your pic. I think that his back is much better than it used to be but his ab structure still looks crappy. Part of it is obviously genetic in nature. I like abs more in line with Priest or Levrone (when he's on his game). I would like to see a showdown of Ronnie at his best vs. Dorian at his peak. That would be the battle of thickness! Dorian had more vascularity than Ronnie and it makes him look even more impressive. I think that Cutler is due for the next O.

I think Ronnie's physique is great in that pic. I haven't really followed him for a while, but I do feel that cutler deserved the 02 Mr. O title, Ron just didn't look his best.

my jaw hit the floor when they anounced levrone as 2nd place in the 02. i could not believe it. gunter should have placed higher as well...he was dialed in that day! the crowd chanting gunters name was awesome! but ronnie should have placed low in the top five, not won the show...

i tell you what...i was most suprised by priest at the 03. i can't believe that guy even had the nerve to step on stage in that condition. he looked like he was still at the 6-8 weeks out mark.

I wanted Levrone to win in 02, he's been a favorite of mine for a while. Not only is he big, but he is fast too. I think he's one of the greatest athletes to step on stage.
As for Lee Priest, I can't believe he came out with those extensions, he looked so rediculous. |
