I just got a 1" shard of glass in my leg!

This sucks! I droped a lid to a desicator jar and it shattered. My finger got cut open and a huge peice stabed in my leg. My finger has stopped bleeding but my leg hasn't. I'm going to try to wo but I'm not sure how it will go. Today is back & ab day so it might be ok. The only bad thing is that I wore white gym pants and if my leg bleed it's going to look aweful. If that happens I'll just leave. I'm sure no one wants my blood on the equipment anyhow. I hate getting hurt! I'm in my 3rd week of a cycle too.

I did. The safety lady was all like..."Are you OK?" I asked her if she'd like to take a look at the puncture on my upper hamstring...lol. I'm fine though.

Wow, that sucks, Candle. Hope it heals soon. You might want to try that liquid bandage that Johnson & Johnson makes. It's a sterile clear liquid that helps heal (plus keeps wounds from reopening) while it keeps out infection. The lifts must go on, lol.

When I was young, I was playing around in the junkyard, looking for shit, and I was running and there was a broken window frame on the ground, I didn't see the shard of glass still attached, and when I jumped though it, the shard went all the way through my leg. What I found odd was that I couldn't feel it, and it never bled, whatsoever. It sure looked nasty though. Glass cuts are usually terrible because if you look up close, glass is jagged, so the cuts aren't pretty.

Ha. No way. I didn't inject untill later. Just my luck that I hit something painfull in the glute with a 1.5" pin. I had to pull out, change pins, and do it again.

It is an airtight jar that has H2O & O2 absorbants in it to keep whatever you put in it absolutly dry. I was removing a sample of dried Co/Fe Oxide to weigh and I dropped the damn lid. I'm OK though.

No doubt B. My finger busted back open 3 times at the gym today. I just slapped another bandaid on it and kept going.
