...you wake up early for no good reason, and can't fall back asleep? I've been up since 4am. What really sucks is that I didn't fall asleep until 2am...this is gonna be a looong day, with frequent stops at Tim Horton's for coffee.

I've done that for the last week. I would go to sleep and wake up 3 hours later and toss and turn till I had to get up. It sucks.

I find myself unable to fall asleep quite often because of work. I cannot seem to stop thinking about what is on the agenda. I have heard that I should just get up and read a book or something but I just end up watching the clock until 0230.

Woke up with a headache yesterday, took some advil and kept it subsided most of the day. Got to the gym for legs and the headache came back with a vengance turning into a migraine during my 3rd set of squats. I trained but left out leg extensions and curls. Got home sick as a dog and Stromba, not realizing how bad my head hurt, decided it was time to play the drums. I soaked in the tub, then crawled into bed but could not sleep. Finally got up around midnight and went back to bed around 2:30, still unable to sleep for another hour or so. Woke up this morning and the migraine is a bit better but it's STILL here. Lack of sleep plus migraine is not what I want for a Saturday afternoon. I'm supposed to go out with my friend tonight too, Starbucks, shopping & dinner...I better feel better!

I am DEAD tired now...but am gonna drink a beer or three before going to bed just to make sure I sleep well!!!

So...did you sleep well last night?
My headache went away and the night was fine for me. Got home after midnight and went to sleep no problem. Woke up at almost 10 and now have to get ready for work. It feels wonderful to not have a headache today!

I fell asleep at midnight....woke up at 1pm!!! I guess I really needed the sleep. Feel like a million bucks now.

I sleep TOO much and that sucks just as bad. I work so many hours, that a few times I have gotten up past 2pm. How annoying and what a waste of a day!
Just stay busy all day, and I am sure you will be able to sleep soon.
