Foam mattress
Has anyone tried these foam mattresses, not the top piece but the whole thing, I wanted to buy a new mattress for my bedroom(had stiffness in back) so I asked a few chiro's and they said to get memory foam, SO i went to the store and got a 10 inch thick mattress i laid on it for about 30 mins and it felt great
has anyone used these and let me know how u liked it, one thing i was thinking that the "rebound" effect u get when ure having sex on a reg mattress is fun but i dont think this one will have that ??? K

A friend of mine has a memory foam mattress and she loves it. I never slept on one personally but they do seem very comfortable. You're right, they don't have the bounce of a regular mattress.

2 q's maybe personal but I need to know, could u first ask ure friend if its different (sex) on the foam with no rebound effect, and secondly, and if u have ever "used one for fun" was it different than a conventional mattress??? K

yah odd is right but i mean the most fun part of sex is that hardcore squeeky rebound effect thing, hmmm i wonder how the whole foam thing will work out

I have the Tempurpedic original, had it for 6 yr still feels like day one. few things are they hotter when you sleep i need a fan at night or i wake up sweating. they are lower to the ground hard to get up or down after a heavy squat day. when somebody gets up or down you barely feel them. I think they have a few models now for differnt type of sleepers. i would buy one again over a standard mattress

I got one from costco about a year and a half ago it's been great but for the last couple of months I feel like my side is loosing it's firmness, actually this thread reminded me that I have to call the manufacterer because it has 20 years warranty. besides that no other complaints. Oh and the sex on that mattress is awesome.

i had one for a while but i didn't really like it. it got too hot for me. i sold it and bought a water bed. it's the kind that has the bladder inside of the mattress, not the old-school kind. i love it...i can control the temp and it's the most comfortable bed i've ever slept on....
