I'm going to the Cheesecake Factory tonight...
and I'm blowing off the gym.
 Gonna take my mother-in-law shopping for the day then Stromba, his dad and our little girl will meet up with us for dinner. It's gonna be a fun day!

There is a Cheese Cake factory at The Summit in Birmingham. It just opened Valentine's Day. My girlfriend and I are gonna give it a whirl here soon. Lemme know how good it is.

I've never been, but always heard great things about it. Definatley have to try it, although I did hear there is usually a long wait.

Everything was delicious and we only had to wait 10 minutes for a table (Monday night). We had no room for cake after dinner so we got some to go and had it at home, 3 different ones and we shared them.

I used to eat there alot when I worked in Cambridgeside Galleria.. Too expensive a habit, but good food nonetheless..
