Deep Tissue Massage

Yeah I pulled a muscle in my back a few days ago trying to go a little heavier than I should have while doing deads. I know...my fault..anyways so It had been killing me the past couple a days, so I went in to get a deep tissue massage at a place near my house yesterday afternoon....omg it was great. It was still hurting a little bit afterwards but then this morning I woke up and it went away totally. I'm amazed... I've never got one before, any of you guys ever gone for one for a pulled muscle?

I've had them on my back before, and one on my quad when it had a bad knot. Hurts like blue murder while getting the massage, but left there feeling a great deal better.

God it was awesome, I'm probably gonna go once a month or so. It was only like 40 bucks for a half hour. Plus there's some hotties workin there.

i go in once a week for deep tissue and sports massage - it works wonders.

I should probably do that, the lady said there was alot of tension in my back. My back felt like jello afterwards.

I've been going to the same woman for about 6 yrs. now (old injury that never goes away completly). She is absolutely amazing. I'm usually sore the next day but she's the only one who can fix me. I usually go once every couple of months now. 8 weeks of physical therapy with a tens unit, medications, etc. didn't relieve me half as much as one visit to her does. I get an hour for $50 and give her a $10 tip.

Another thing I've been meaning to try! My Dr actually just recommended I get one, because I pulled my trap, just have to find a good place.

Yeah I would def. recomend getting one, I thought the pulled muscle was gonna ruin my whole weekend and the begining of this week. But no pain here anymore, feels great

Ask the people in your gym if they can recommend someone to ya. I've been to a lot of different places and some are much better than others. The fancier places have always been the worst in my experience. Make sure you stress DEEP TISSUE massage or else you'll just get something relaxing.

I have my girl i go too and she is great. I get some pinch nerves or muscle in my neck and she does wonders and she is cute too. cost about 40$/hrs so its cheap plus I have insurance so its covered
