That foggy-headed feeling you get when carb-depleted sucks. It's twice as bad if you're in a warm environment. I find the only time I feel alert when going low-carb is when I'm in the car and my AC has been blasting full-throttle for awhile.

i'm not even going low carb. it's the low cals... i'm doing a carb cycle but i don't really get to go over 1300 calories - and i'm doing 2 cardio sessions a day. and i'm just complaining b/c i'm a complainer.
i felt uber tired yesterday and saturday - and those were my high carb days (i got around 140g's a day). someone feed me ![]() |
