Well bro I cant really offer much help. We stayed in an all-inclusive resort so we stayed there the whole time. I didnt workout either and I doubt Dominican Republic has any good gyms bro. lol. Its a very poor country. My only advice, dont drink the fucking water. I had liquid shit pouring out of my ass for 8 days straight. Worst 8 days of my life I think.

Good to know..bottled h2o all the way. Ya..thats what I thought, we are doing the same thing...all inclusive. I figure we will be at our resort the whole time too.

we were down on the south side of the island in santo damingo... the weather was great and it didn't even get too humid.

i heard the north side has the better beaches so enjoy the vaca
