I think it's hilarious that every time a white guy talks about a black guy, the white guys has to mention something about the black guy being "a good guy". As if to say he's a good guy even though he's black. I hear it all the time. Like, "This black guy I work with, he's a good guy though...." What the hell. Why mention he is black and secondly why do you mention he's a good guy? Was it that your expectations are lower because he is black and you were so suprised he was "a good guy". Or do you feel that if you mention he is "a good guy" that you can basically say whatever you want and always defend what you said with that statement. Not trying to start a race war on the board or anything, lol. I just think it's weird. Maybe it's all the Politically correct bullsh*t going on.

I know mods get put on a spotlight.
gotta really watch what they say on certain issues of race, politics, religion.

I usually don't even go there someone always twists, turns and someone takes wrong and gets offended.

Dont try so hard to be offended brother...black comics make a living making fun of white people..whites cant do that without being politically incorrect..why is that?...we preface statements with "he's a good guy" just so we won't be construed as rascist..political bullshit is what it is..I grew up in the south and have been surrounded by blacks all my life...good and bad...even been best man in a black friends wedding..not a rascist by any means...let me make a joke about one though and I'm labelled one....lol...I dont give a fuck if they do...

Please, I wasn't offended at all. I just hear the good guy line around here all the time. White people at my work use it constantly because they are so freakin scared of a discrimination lawsuit. lol I don't have any problem with what Bouncer said. Sorry if i came off as a whistle blowing activist beatch. I hate those types. I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed it. I think everybody has noticed how overly cautious people can get when it comes to race.
