That's called musical forms. It is one of several categories in regional and national level martial arts competitions. There is also sparring, non-muscal forms, and weapons sets. I'll try to locate a weapons set video for everyone to gasp at, lol.

that was great. i showed my daughter who is almost a black belt in Taekwondo. I told her that is what she should look like in a year or so. Her eyes just got big and she didn't say anything, LOL.

I'm starting taekwondo tonight-not cause of that video, but I think it will be good for my overall development and well-roundedness-flexibility, agility, speed, balance, etc.

Any why be huge if you can't kick somebodies a$$? J/K!
