My New Year's Resolution is to annoy my daughter. I'm sure I'll follow through, she's about to turn 13.

to get as big as possible. Well going back to 230 wont take me long since ive been there before. Its just a matter of eating more naturally, but with anabolics, hoping to hit 250 by the summer.

1-Start a new job.
2-Work on a business idea.
3-Get back to the gym.
4-Find a new girlfriend.

I did the #1 today I quit my job after 6 1/2 yrs Iwas tired of working payceck to paycheck so now I am my own boss.

Going back to the new gym tomorrow. This is like a tong twister I work in a gym but I quit that gym today.I start working in a new gym tomorrow but I don't train in those gyms and I hate the gym I train at now.so I am going to buy a new membership from a new gym around the block.hopefully that will motivate me and my new workout partner(hot chick )now what would be awesome is if this girl becomes my girfriend that means I only have to work on my business plan so it is like killing two birds with one stone.#3 and #4.he he he.
well every one good luck with your resolutions.

I started my diet, cutting back the carbs and upping the protein. Also resolved to do cardio year-round this year, not just when cutting (AT LEAST twice per week even when bulking, preferably 3X per week).

My other resolution was to refuse to go out of my way for people who ask me to do things at the very last minute. I HATE it when people regularily expect you to change your plans to accomodate them...but being the nice guy that I am, I more often than not just grin and bear it. NO MORE. This year, people who want me to do them favors will give me a reasonable amount of notice, or they'll be denied.

Careful, she's at an age where she's likely to retaliate...you may be biting off more than you can chew.

six smalls a day, with appropriate supplements

fell off the band wagon last year after doing for many

feel 10'x better when eating like that, it's like heroin

After Superbowl donate my TV to Goodwill, that should give me plenty of time to achieve whatever I want.

Mine is to get some cardio done,

I currently weight about 240lb and I am changing my training routine to a four day split on the weights, interspersed with cardio so am doing one day weights, next day cardio.

I will do this monday through to friday with weekends off so that I will in fact only be doing weights 2-3 times a week. or training the whole body over 8-10 days, not the usual 7.

I want to get to a bodyweight of 220 to 230 lb and lean up without loosing much strength. Gonna change my diet a bit also, less chocolate, rump steak and lard.
