at least an everage 8 pounder. She hasn't grown outwards as much as the average woman because she is tall. The nurse can't use the usual standards of measuments to do the monthly check. She actually has to use some of her expertese and some estimation. But all in all the baby is very active and as healthy as can be.

It's a boy. We are naming him Nikodem, but we mostsly call him Niko

This is sooooo true. Trying to take care of a baby, and still maintain my BB lifestyle is rough. Having the time to cook my meals, go to the gym....it's all hard to do now. Not to say your girl will do this Shibby, but my girl expects me to give all of that up or at least put it way down on my priorities now. We've gotten in arguements on several occassions because of me wanting to workout out and stuff. Don't get me wrong.....having a child is the best thing that ever happened to her and I, but your everday life will change drastically. Good luck, and congrats again!!

She won't expect me to stop lifting. She likes that I do and if I don't I will get fat. Plus when I miss workouts for more then a week I start feeling a little depressed. This way I will also keep my passion for it and teach our son good habits.
