Question Help Formatting Pictures

Need a little help formatting these pics for the gauntlet.

I have before and after pics. How do I get the two seperate pics side-by-side in one .jpeg?

There are several ways to do it but here is a simple way that I use a lot.

1. Open Powerpoint (or Excel)
2. Paste your first picture on a page.
3. Paste the second picture next to the first . Drag it around to make sure the two are next to each other.
4. Select both pictures. The easiest way to do this is to use your cursor to drag a box around both of them.
5. Right click on the pictures and select Grouping -> Group.
6. Right click on the picture and select "Save as Picture."
