Hope everyone has been doing well around here, I have spent the last few weeks working around my house, doing things I have been unable to do because of the collar bone gig.

Anyawho I called my urologist office this morning to find out about my labs ....... Test was 577 overall
FSH was 0.77
LH was 0.05

This is good news to me, I think that the years of cycling juice, pro hormones and pro steroids have caused the low hormones (FSH and LH) and will be a fixable problem. The doctor was unable to speak with me today, however he is susposed to contact me sometime Monday and go over the results with me. Regardless what he says I still see my endo in a month now, so I will at least have these test out of the way for him if I get the runaround from my urologist ( which is normal for this guy).

Let this be a lesson to all you young gung ho guys who may want to have children later on in life. Remember what you do today will and can affect how your future turns out. It is preached here all the time if your going to cycle make sure you do proper PCT. When I started out along time ago, I was unable to get the things for pct, and often think it is the reason I have some of the problems I have now. Knowledge is king in this game....learn from this board and from peoples mistakes like mine..

Well I am back for a stop and run again. I have missed the board and you all. Since I last wrote on here I redid an eclipse (15 yr old car) for my wifes cousin. It was beat up terribly, and with my collar bone still bothering me progress was slow. I hope to have it all done in a week or so ( gotta put it all back together now and what not), and finally get back to normal... ie .. the gym and being here.

I saw my endo this morning and he has put me on clomid and had me to quit taking my androgel and my antiestrogen Evista. I go back in 2 months to see if my hormone levels are rising ( FSH, LH ) and then we will do the dreaded swimmers test again.

I hope everyone has been doing well. I gotta ask.... what is the status on the t-shirts?? I dont have time to look through all of the pages.... I think something like 1887 new post since I was here last.... DANG . Peace Love and Pickle Juice to yall

I think going off HRT is a logical way to go. Hope to hear you've got at least some swimmers after your next doctor's visit!

HCG increases test levels but suppresses LH and has no effect on FSH. Since FSH is needed for viable sperm, I doubt HCG will do him any good.

As long as your test levels are normal, sperm count will not be supressed. Don't stop your HRT on that account. It isn't hurting your sperm count as long as your levels of test are not supraphysiological.

Proviron has been shown to increase sperm count in MODERATELY oligospermic men but those with SEVERE oligospermia (sperm count < 5 million) did not see much benefit. With a sperm count of zero, I doubt it will help but, on the other hand, it couldn't hurt. Doses as high as 150 mg ed for 12 months have been shown to not effect test levels, LH or FSH. Clomid has also been used to increase sperm count.

Thanks all, Greektank BTW I am seeing an endo ( it was finally time for my check up)... have for years for my HRT and Spidey I am going to be taking clomid to see what happens without HRT.
Do you think I should continue it anyways then?? What he does not know will not hurt him.

Funny thing happened tonight, I went to my local pharmacy to get my prescription filled for the clomid and they refused to fill it. Said that it was not for men, only women blah blah blah... They told me I had to wait until Monday so they could verify with the doctor... Of course the pharmacist was English challenged and could tell me what he wanted to say..... I am about ready to get off this ride and load up on some test , well maybe when we have another kid, or she will have what is left of my retarded balls

If we can't use clomid, what are we suppose to use? these pharmacists are on a power trip most of the time, they no fuck all, they have trouble finding B12 on their shelves to sell you. LOL

It is one of those things... you know it works, Spidey knows, i know.... allot of us here know allot of things that our doctors and pharmacits will never know and/or refuse to believe because the FDA did not tell them it was ok.
If I dont end up getting my clomid for my co-pay.. there is always the board sponsor .... Just sucks that in the "Land of the Free" we are becoming less and less free ( homeland security aint helpn) and the people who are supposed to work for you have God complexes... I digress

Well Lady's and Gents it seems that my regimen of clomid and lots of sex has paid off... My wife and I found out over the weekend that she is pregnant again... Seeing how I had a sperm count of zero, I can fully attest to the effectiveness of clomid...

As soon as my doctor releases me to work out again full force, and that will be many months down the line, you can bet there is going to be something more than natural test flowing through these vains eventually... I will go natty until I plateau... and thanks you guys, if there were not sites like this one around I may have never had enough info to work with my doctor to get the meds I needed....
