Where I work theres about 200 people on one floor, its quite well spaced but there like only 2 kitchenette areas each with a vending machine, refrigerator and free cofee tea etc machine.
Every time I go for the milk in the fridge I see all these little salaphane wrapped meals; ham and picke sandwhiches, mini yoghurts, fine cheeses and chocolates etc I can't understand how people can live like that, they prepare these pathetic little meals that wouldn't feed a mouse and carefully wrap them for lunch. I keep getting the urge to steal the fuckin lot and just gorge it in one sitting, I can just see myself getting found in a corner asleep with chocolate and shit round my mouth and the fridge empty. I think its the sheer diffenence in quantity of food eaten between people that bodybuild and normal mortals |

It's quite the opposite where I work. Most of the people here gorge themselves on shitty vending machine food like chips, candy bars, soda pop, sweet cakes, and the sort, and then ask me..."HOW DO YOU EAT SO MUCH AND NOT GET FAT?" I don't know how many times I've gave people advice on how to lose weight, and then I see them the next day eating a danish or a frickin Snickers

I hate when ppl ask me for advice on nutrition then when I get them some they never follow it. It's like don't let me waste my breath on you if you are not going to listen to me

I just keep it to myself now on diets and nutrition. People dont seem to follow them and say thats too much eating. Then they wonder why they dont get results.
Dont u all hate it when people say why do u eat too much. Or when they say is it nessessary to eat that much, just eat right and u grow. I tell them to fuck off and mind thier own business.

"How do you eat so much and not get fat? or Your eating again?" all dam day long. Sometimes I get a condoscending comment implying the only reason why im in shape is because my life is somehow less significant than theirs. Im not doing important things like they are (watching hours of TV). I rather read the forums get outside. Theirs something wrong with me...its not them.
I got this guy at work always giving me advice on eating and lifting. The only problem is he is 100lbs overweight. In fact, they ALL are fat bastards. Everyday there is a spread of food. Bagels/cream cheese, Dunkin Donuts, Bacon/Sausage, quiche, Candy,Cookies,etc. This is how it starts. 1 of them makes bacon in the microwave in the morning. Next thing you know all of them are makin bacon sandwiches. One guy makes a full plate of bacon and finishes it off with a snickers bar. I think you could gain a few lbs from just the smell. They see me eating %93 lean ground beef burgers so they go to Wendys and get a bacon cheeseburger. Its the same thing... right? Last edited by NYCmitch25 : 04-06-05 at 02:06 PM. |

lol yea i know now that i have been goin to the gym more often and paying attention to what i eat and trying to eat more of it, people ask me at work how i eat so much and stay in shape, and i look at them and say, well dude i go to the gym and dont eat that shit that your eating. they wonder why they are tired all the time. and i weight 165, thats not too skinny is it? i mean im 5'9 20years old

them fuckers make fun of me all the time. "your eating that tuna out of the can" or "how can you eat that discusting shit."
"you must be on juice, huh?" "how come i cannot grow like you do, when i eat just as good." All while swallowing a side of pork, with a gallon of ranch dressing and a fifty pound bag of french fries. THese fat fuckers piss me off. i am glad i get a new job the first of May, so i can get away from this shit. |
