Well Arroyo didnt pitch well vs NY at Fenway in 2 regular season starts and his ALCS postseason start despite having solid indivual career numbers vs the lineup. The BIG UNIT hasnt looked sharp in either start this year but already beat Boston on Opening Night. Just where is the clutch hitting for these juggernauts? We were all wondering how high will the Yankee lines be when UNIT pitches... -300 , -400 hell I have to jump on -150! Even at Fenway cause Boston is 3-5 and there lineup is in a funk even the big guy David Ortiz not getting quality abs at the moment. Yankees 1-14 with RISP and Boston 0-4 last nite. Talk about letting a guy off the hook! Jaret Wright got one of the most unlikely WINS in the history of baseball but giv e the guy credit after making about 25 bad pitches he threw two perfect strikes to get the last out in th e third! How bout Tanyon Sturtze! Just aggravated the SHIT out of me watching Schilling throw nothing but straight fastballs and handcuff the Yankees for 4 innnings. No one broke it down better then Justice saying up to two strikes lock in on the fastball then fight off the splitter. What does almost every YAnkee do for 4 innings? Take strike 1 and worse take strike 2!

Astacio is on the hill and I dont expect a repeat performance of his 1st start cause this is Arlington!!! Halladay struggles vs the Texas Rangers and even at Arlington. The Rangers bullpen is in shambles till Almanzar, Fransisco,and Eramis Ramirez return! Obviouly the Jays pen sprung a leak last nite as well though overall I think it can be solid. Halladay career vs Texas Career 2-4 7.21 10starts 58.2Inn 78H 47Er 23BB 40K. Halladays numbers are just poor at Arlington and he was roughed up there last year.

Washington -135
Really like the Nationals in there franchise opener vs Javy Vazquez but the only drawback is some of these guys hit Livan well (Counsell,Green and Gonzalez). Then again Livan allows alo of basehits historically.

Tigers +126
Despite years of success vs DET , Mr.Radke was downright awful vs them at home last year going 0-2 sporting a 10.00ERA!

Under 8.5 Astros/Mets
The pens are always concern but these guys both cant hit! Now Floyd and Biggio are out as well(both questionable).Zambrano is usually tough on RH's and his homefield while Backe looks to be blossoming into a solid , reliable SP.

Orioles -123 and Under 9.5
Even though Baltimore is playing well winning 4 of 5 not sure I trust Ponson enough to lay wood with him on the road. Ponson has solid numbers at Trop Filed and th Drays for the most part have striggled with RISP. While Rob Bell has become a quality SP whne on his home field and sports some quality lifetime numbers vs BAltimore in a handful of starts!

Tribe -106 and Under 9.5
The Tribe trying to avoid the home sweep make them a nice play at even money. The under looks real strong as both teams really struggling vs RHP at the moment. Both SP had 2 quality starts vs there opponents late in the year last season. Elarton really turned it around in Cleveland last year @ Jacobs Field 11starts 3-2 68.0Inn 56H 32R 32Er 15Hr 23BB 42K 4.24ERA 1.16WHIP .227BAA. Obviously the one knock and what really hurt big Scott another 6'8 pitcher is the long ball. They should check there mother for steroids cause its amazing how many pitchers are 6'6 and above today!!! With El Duque he struggle some vs LH bats and the Tribe will load the lineup with LH sticks today IMO but again he had 2 quality starts vs them last year. Thats another reason to like the Tribe today.
