Anyone played this for X-Box yet?? DAMN this game makes you jump like frickin crazy, and some gory ass sh*t too.. Ya have to have a pretty warped mind to create somthing like this. Good game though.

I don't have an X-box, only a ps2......I want to buy it though for Halo and Doom.....Doom is one of the classic games.....I remember when it was on PC back in the mid 90's...

buy the special edition if you do, it has all the old dooms on it and it made it multi-player. cool stuff

This is what you do go to Best Buy or something and ask the kids they know all that shit. I think im gonna buy a PS2 when my nephews come over. Otherwise all they fuckin want to do is fight &wresle.

Wish I had time for gaming. I havent had time for video games since college.

That Half-Life2 by Valve looks awsome.

The actual gameplay for HL2 is much better than Doom3. D# is awesome butit gets repetetive. The gravity gun for HL2 is fkn awesome. You can pick people up and shoot them at incredible speed across the board into other people. Actually, you can pick up anything and blast it anywhere!!!

Doom 3 was ment more to scare the crap out of you, i agree half life is better story but how far can the story go with doom...Your on mars fighting the devil underground, oh well i wish i could post some other parts, this game is creepy, It gives you a flashlight (which you need) but you cannot hold a gun a the same time, so you see something run at you and you switch to your gun and everything goes black, hope you have good aim.

anyone else having problems with their's? mine keeps on stopping and saying that there's a problem with the disc. and the video files you find in the game don't play the screen stays black. anyone else?

I have a buddy who has the same problem, what he was told is it could be your disk drive, the old x-box has a diff drive from the new ones, and the old ones are having problems reading the new games and they seem to be drying up (the lense is sticking and not reading properly) This might be the problem but who knows. try trading the game in for a new one??

I heard the same thing. The Older X-boxes have problems with the new games.

that's shitty. my xbox isn't that old i don't think maybe 1 1/2yrs old. oh well i'm gonna return it for another copy. anyone know if some places will replace the lense if i got a mod chip installed?

Sorry bro, your best bet is to buy another one, I have 1 moded and I bought that from the pawn shop, Then I bought one new for games that I can play online.. Im guessing it would be cheaper to get a new one "X-box" because I think you need to install hardware to run a diff driver (never herd of a lense being replaced) good luck.

Try to trade it in at an EB store or gamestop for a new x-box, just pay the difference since getting repaired would add up to be the same amount of money.

hmmm, interesting. anyone have these problems with the backups? i mean the most recent one i got was ghost recon 2 and it hasn't given me any problems. doom is actually the first game i've bought that wasn't copied.

oh and johnstephenson i'm pretty sure there was a way to play the backups online for free. i can't remember the name of the site right now but if i do i'll post it up.
