Twisted my F@#^!* knee
Goddam it! I twisted my motherfuckn' knee today. I was doing Bent-over rows wide grip feeling pretty good. I was on my last set last rep of 8 365lbs. I started walking the w8ts back to the squat rack platform and tripped! I fuckn dumped all the w8ts (tore up the new equipment) had the whole gym staring at me. At least I had enough sense to get the hell out of the way or I probably would have broke my ankle or worse. I bruised the top of my thigh pretty good too. The gym was just build and I think the new rubber matting had something to do with it. Im a little bummed out dam. Freak accident.

that sucks bro. when doing bent over rows, i just drop the weight on the floor where i stand, i would never walk it back.

i've done that before as well (not quite as spectacularly of course), give it a little time and so long as nothing is torn it'll be okay. mine was prone to dislocating again every once in a while for a year afterwards, but it never hurt as bad as the first time. i know there are so many ligaments and muscles around there that i'm not even fully sure of what I did (i had no health insurance at the time) but it clicked, felt like it popped out with a twist, and then popped right back. if your incident wasn't that bad, you'll be up and running in no time!
