Baseball - April 21st
YTD (45-42) -$12
today: Phillies -191 Heavy price but Leiber has been sharp last two times out and has a good track record during Day games while the LH Joe Kennedy does not. Braves -134 Braves still arent hitting but with John Smoltz on the hill I couldnt pass this up. Patterson has been solid in his 2 starts but liek Zach Day has struggled in his career vs Atlanta. Under 8-105 Atlanta/Washington Both guys throwing the ball well and both teams struggling to put up runs. Mets -114 Pedro! Oh and 8 hits in 22innings to date! Under 10-109 Pirates/Reds Pirates still arent hitting and Milton has been decent so far despite struggling vs Pitt in limited starts. Wells is starting to get better h e needs to stop allowing big HRs! Astros -142 Pettitte on the hill and Brew Crew still cant hit! Not to mention that Houston get sto face a LHP in Davis. Royals ML +164 and 1.5 -126 Just dont like teh way Minny is playing and KC hits LHP fairly well. Anderson has been good so far and it helps he gets a slumping lineup. Yankees -126 Again facing a LHP!! Chacin has been good but I dont care!! 2004 vs LHP 36-12 and now 3-1 in 2005!!!How can you pass that up! Mussina has solid number sin his long career vs Toronto. Devil Rays +120 For some reason probably youth Brazleton has been ten times better at home then on the road. The Gambler faces a lineup taht appears to like facing LHP! Think what they did to Zito and RJ. I am sure Perez will be in the lineup. Mariners -101 Oakland is in a major funk and Franklin throwing real well right now. Just like yesterday when the favorites flip flop its almost like the writing on the wall. So if Oakland does not go off as the favorite I will be off this!
