I know I could be playing with fire here since its at the hitters paradise known as Fenway Park, since Lance Carter probably woke up the sleeping BoSox and both SP jus faced each other. Thing is Wells has thrown back to back gems including @ Camden and Chen IMO has been excellent despite a poor 6th inning last time out! The kicker for me is how Boston is swinging vs LHP to the tune of a .214 clip! How is this for trend....Wells last 10 stars vs BAltimore the Under is 1-8-1 and the push it was 10.

Baltimore +1.5 Runs -140 & Orioles ML +152
The Orioles just went to Skydome and beat up on Toronto even to my suprise pounding Halladay. Now we are asking Well s to beat them twice in a week which at this time with those explosive RH bats could be extreemly tricky. Sosa went deep twice today and so did Mora while Lopez and Tejada has theres in the series. Like the fact BoSOx not hitting vs LHP which again showed up when they faced Kazmir and just a HOT Baltimore club. Call me crazy but looking at what Chenhas done as a Oriole SP I trust the guy!.

I am sure most peopel will see White Sox hot and Zito 0-4 and then u figure who they will ride. Not me! Let snot get crazy with how Chicago is playing cause look at all the 1 run game stehy have been inviolved in and they didnt exactly beat up on KC. It all comes down to SP and Zito has very good numbers vs Chicago while Garlands are forgettable. I think the stars will align correctly to end the Sox 14-0 streak in Games 1 and 2 of SEries thi syear. Zito is 4-0 witha 3.06ERA in 5 strat svs Chicaago past fe w seasons while Garland is 1-4 6.57ERA! That doesnt include the 8 uneraned runs in 24 innings he has allowed. Now this year Garland has got off to a good start primarly due to his dominance vs LH batters 3/34 but now RHS are hitting him well. Here is where his lack of Strikeout ability catches up (just 8 in 3 starts!)


Nationals -108
Philly just doesnt look good right now and they arent hitting well at all. Day beat them earlier and has won his last 3 starts vs them as wella s coming off a gem vs Atlanta who has had hi snumber. Lidle was decent first two times out but lit up last timeand I just dont know what to make of him. Have to think Nationals who are swininging good bats will hit Lidle.

Astros -133
Basically Oswalt has been sharp so far and Perez has been so bad he is an automatic fade till he straighhtens himself out.


Cubs -196
Despite just pitching @ Cincy and winning Ilike Prior again! Reason is Reds are in a major offensive slump and he looks sharp. Reds scored 2run slast 4 games and have just 2 road wins. Paul Wilson just doesnt scare me.

Over 9.5 -111 Brewers/Cards
Milwaukee bats waking up last few games and SUppan despite his gem @ Miller Park is very hittable even for a team he has pitched well against. Obermuller could be in for a long short start if you know what I mean.
