It made me real hungery and I am here at work with grilled chicken, mixed veggis and rice. Which I eat twice a day.

what do you guys marinade your steaks in. I realize that this isn't the Martha Stewart forum, but I was just curious if you guys had a fav recipe I might try

Mrs. Dash's salt free is probably the most diet safe thing to use. I use a Sirloin seasoning that I get from a local restaraunt. Montreal's salt free steak seasoning is bangin' too.

I never marinade my steaks though. Most marinades contain sugar and maybe lots of salt. Both of those ingredients can really suck the moisture out of a steak while grilling it.

I don't marinade anymore. My dad passed on a recipe for a rub that he made so that is what I do now. I'll share some of the ingredients but not all....you will just have to try some other stuff with it til you find something you like.....

Ms. Dash
Garlic Salt
Goya all purpose seasoning...............
