I heard many years ago that your heart stopped when you sneeze but I never really believed it until I heard Jessica Simpson say it ....

Actually, there was some superstition back then that your soul left your body during a sneeze, and the blessing was to make sure your soul returned.
Also, just yesterday I read that the particles in a sneeze travel at over 100 mph. How's that for worhtless trivia?
