Stromba and I are doing well. He's resting checking out his new ipod, I kinda wore him out earlier today. I expect him to be fully recovered shortly though. I'm not done.

Thanks man!! Actually B, it's gonna be 3 stores now....gonna be stressful as hell at first, but I think we will have some good managers to run things once they are trained. Yeah, we have been doing really well $$$.

just gotta make sure people are screwing around. you cant be at all 3 places at once and people seem to slack when the boss isnt around. make sure those managers are good people. also, you might want to have a security camera that you can connect to with your computer at home so you can keep an eye on things when they think noone is around. i had a good friend do that for his buisness and caught his friend stealing from him.

Wow, that is crazy! This is true...you never really know people. We are actually looking into serveillence equipment right now as we speak. We have been lucky and have never had any major problems. We are extremely selective when it comes to screening applicants and we do a thorough background check. We've got a good group of people working for us, but you are so right B. The more we expand, the more likely something will happen.

Cory, I'm thrilled to hear this is going so well for you! Definitely get some surveillence equipment in place. Make unexpected visits at the stores. When inventories are done, make sure you're there during the process or at least spot check some of the hot items. My friend manages a national chain vitamin store but she doesn't like the company, if you open a shop in our area, she'd be a great person to work for ya.

Thanks for the advice, babe! I don't think we will are moving that fast to be opening in Florida, but you never know. lol...I will keep her in mind.
