I have seen that before. It doesn't cease to amaze me how it looks like he defies the laws of physics. I would also guess that he was a gyminst in the past or still is. He does some things that you would see on a pummel horse. I have no idea how to spell that word. LOL

BTW, that is one of the best displays of relative strength. I am going to take this link to work for one of the guys who is a gymnist instructor. He will appreciate this.

I really like that stuff. I'm a closet dancer. I will dance similar the stuff you see on "You got served" when no one is around. Sometimes people see me and say it's pretty good, but I am still shy doing it.
