Boots
What kind of boots do you all wear? I was going to buy some timberlands, but decided that they were much too "urban". I have found that Doc. Martins look pretty good.

What do you all wear, and where do you get them.

Doc's... Find what you like at some store that sells them, and then check ebay. Yes, you'll pay shipping, but you'll more that way even with the shipping.

I have a black pair and a brown pair of Timberlands that I have been wearing for quite some time now, probably at least 5 years. They are the most comfortable pairs of boots I own.

harley boots, they are overpriced but they have some good styles, I prefer boots that come up on my calf so I dont burn the shit out my leg on my pipes

Timberlands are the most uncomfortable boot I have ever owned. I prefer Docs by far for the casual boot. They have a better sole and better stitching.

my hubby and I have doc martin's. hubby has 3 different styles and I only have the one. I've always been a big fan of doc's.

Docs are far some great boots, the red-wings are also awesome as far as comfort, just depends on what purpose they are going to serve

I had a pair of Wolverine boots that I loved. I like them without laces. It took a couple weeks to break them in, but once I did I loved them.

Yeah, if you're talking "work boot" than Wolverines or Carolinas are great boots too.

I didn't use them as work boots. I liked the look and once I had them waterproofed and broken in they looked just like any other casual boot.

Thos are close to mine. Thigh high red and black patent leather, lace up in the front, no platform though, just a 5" spiked heel. It takes a few minutes to get em on but it's worth it.
