I could see this coming. That was the stupidest diet ever. When will people ever learn? In the height of this craze, I had a T-Shirt made that said, "I'm not afraid of Carbs".

I think the atkins diet would have been ok, if he hadn't included bacon and pork rinds on the list to entice the fattys into doing the diet.

I fell into this diet a couple years ago because I just didn't know any better. Felt like shit the whole time I was on it. Tired as hell. Now that I'm on a healthy proper diet I feel great and try to talk any of my fat bastard friends and family out of trying his dumbass diet.
