I haven't been on much lately because I've been working a lot of hours at a new job and I'm just too exhausted from working in the sun all day to spend much time doing anything else except laying around like a bum.

So what is everyone elses excuse.....???

Already had my hectic session with work and school. Hopefully it's behind me for the most part. We will see any day now though

I'm back to working more now that we lost one of our employees and it's gonna get bussier now that summer's about over. Now that my daughter's back in school, during the day I'm out of the house so at night I have more stuff to do (cooking, cleaning, checking homework, etc.) so I have less free time. We've also been doing some renovations on the house and everything is taking much longer than expected, I hope to be finished in 2 weeks.

I wish there were more hours in a day, or an extra day every week!

Good to see you back Bro! Don't over do it in the sun...that shit will catch uo to ya fast. Make sure to wear plenty of sunscreen too or your skin will start to look like an old leather catchers mit!

Yeah today was insane. It wsa 106 on the index but it felt a hell of a lot hotter than that on a silver coated roof. I use 70 SPF multiple times through the day, drink a 2 gallon cooler of 50/50 water and gatorade, and take breaks a lot through out the day so I play it safe and my company doesn't push us.

just finished cooking food for work tomorrow, 4 meals and 3 shakes ready to go, last week of workin 70 hours so glad it's gonna be over soon and back to school so I can devote time to sleep and start getting my strength back.

Definitely need to stay hydrated Bro! The last thing you need or want is to get dehydrated on a roof of any height and fall. Glad to hear your company cares enough not to push you to the max. That is one reason I left my old job. All they cared about was getting done quick and moving to the next job! If you don't look out for yourself, no one else will! Be careful out there!

Do be really careful, blm, it's gonna be another tough day today.

I wound up shampooing carpets yesterday. The carpet on the stairs was a mess after some construction was done upstairs. The stairs I had to do by hand but the other areas weren't difficult with the shampooer. Today I get to finish the carpet upstairs and then I'm done!
