if you only had one song to listen to while/before training to get you hella amped for the best workout of your life, what would it be?
it's obscure, but mine is jumpdafukup bu soulfly&slipknot....saw knot do it in concert this summer alone, un f'n believable how crazy it made the pit! :dancingne
