I was surprised at the thought that it is a case of immaculate conception. But last night's episode created the idea that everything is in Hurley's head and not real. I think they are trying to send us off in a different direction. I am curious who is everyone's favorite character? Mine is Jack. I feel as if Jack is the only character I could ever completely trust.

Rose and Lock had physical issues, Hurley has mental issues. We still really don't know if Rose has been healed though. Jin and Sun were unable to conceive and now she is pregnant. Kate, the one you hate, is the female version of Sawyer....why you hate her, is beyond me. Sawyer is a greedy freakin' theif that you can't trust and will eventually bring harm to the group. He needs a good ass whoopin is what he needs!

Two characters are going to die before this season ends. Some of the hawaiian people went on the set and took pictures (they say it's so laid back there that nobody even cares) and in the pictures they took there are two empty graves that have been dug. Also, the season finale is said to be one big Desmond flashback.

There is a lot of speculation as to who dies......I think Ana Lucia will be one of them, I don't know who else it will be.

Ana is dead for sure with the shot to the chest, Libby may be still alive. She was shot in the stomach area and you usually don't die that fast from that.

Libby is not dead yet, I think she will live long enough to I.D. Michael. There are a lot more spoilers out now but I don't want to ruin it for anyone.

Ok, I just want an update on what other shows are talking about. It seems Some dude lived down one hatch and has been there forever. The "others" are people that got stuck on the island previously...? They all might be dead... So is the a TV version of The Others?

Summary of tonight's episode "3 Minutes"


SPOILER ALERT- Don't look below if you do not want to be spoiled....THIS IS YOUR WARNING

We start 13 Days ago when Mike asked Locke for the rifle before setting off to find Walt. After he knocks Locke out he goes to the computer and after a few moments is typing and receiving a message from (?Walt?) He says to travel north along the beach he will come across a big rock with a hole in it. Then he hears Jack and proceeds to lock him in the armory.

Present day

Jack Mike Sawyer and Kate talking about a plan of attack Hurley upset because his friends are not even buried yet. They will have a funeral for Anna and Libby.
Jack wants to bring an army.
Mike insists just the five of them should go us or they’ll hear us coming.
Charlie talks to Claire and gives her the meds and the injection gun he found from the latest delivery of supplies. She is happy he did this for her and Arron.
Eko’s moving into hatch to punch in the numbers.
She says OH MY GOD it’s Micheal. He’s back.
Sawyer gives Sayid a gun and invites him to the battle
Charlie will continue to build church on his own.
Vincent delivers a Heroin statue to Charlie. Vincent leads Charlie back to the Heroin stash. He takes all the statues.
The day Mike set out to find Walt he gets captured by Zeke a short while later they catch Kate. When Alex is asked to bring Kate out during the Standoff (Zeke and Jack) Alex asks someone else to bring her out. Alex then asks Mike how Claire and the Baby are doing and was it a boy or a girl?
They Take Mike to the place with the rock with the hole on the cliff which is where the tents are in the promotional pics. It looks like only one set of others are on the island.

Mike is introduced to Mrs. Clue who asks him questions about Walts Early childhood. When age did he start talking? Etc. Mike doesn’t know but this apparently goes on for a week. Until they realize Gale has been captured and they want him back.
He is later given 3 minutes to speak to Walt. They make me take tests he said. Get me out of here dad. They're not who they say they are. Mrs. Clue says that’s enough or we’ll put you back in the room. Walt doesn't like the room whatever it is
They will let Mike and Walt go free if Mike can free Henry and deliver Kate Jack Sawyer and Hurley as well but no one else.
Sawyer and Jack talk about Anna and Sawyer says he screwed her. Jack asks why are you telling me. Sawyer says cause you’re the closest thing I’ve ever had to a friend.
Later when Mike tells Sayid he can’t come with them Sayid puts 2 AND 2 together and tells Jack I think Mike has been compromised. They will let Mike think he is in control of the plan.
Charlie throws all the statues into the ocean they are all intact. Locke is sitting on the beach looking out and sees what he did they exchange a short glance. Carlie goes off to the funeral.
Locke cuts the splint on his leg puts on a backpack and heads out to the jungle without attending the funeral or telling anyone where he’s going. (Possibly to find Henry?)
Claire holds hands with Charlie at the funeral while Hurley is talking about Libby.
Sun looks out to the water and sees a sailboat.
Then they all see it

I think it was good, but I think the writters screwed us out of a lot of things.


Why'd the plane go down?
-If it was strong enough to bring a plane down why didn't it crush the hatch 1st.

Who are the others?
-We already knew they were disguised and weren't really hillbillies.

End of the Walt/Michael Story?
-How is that the end, all we know is that they've left in a boat.


And now are:
Locke/Eko/Desmond still even alive?
We still don't know why the hatch is there?
What was the 4 toed thing about?
What's going on with the 3 they are taking?
Why were there people waiting for the magnet thing?
Why was Penelope waiting for a magnetic pulse thing?


Always more questions and never really answers with this damn show.

It appeared to be an enormous electro-magnet. Which would have wreaked havoc with the systems on an airplane. I don't know if it theoretically would have to have been strong enough to crush the hatch to affect the systems on the airplane.

I understand that the whole "system failure" was the reason that the plane went down.

The producers told us we would find out why the plane went down and this was obviously it. I just didnt understand how it would bring a plane down but not affect the hatch.

Think about it, it was doing the system failure thing but it never started to suck the boats in from the other side of the island but it could pull a plane from the sky?

Maybe I'm just being to knit-picky lol. I still hate how there are so many questions to be answered. I hate suprises and I hate the thought of having to wait 4 or 5 more seasons to hear the whole story lol.

I know what you mean, I wish they would rely on a strong story line to attract an audience instead of dragging it out and relying on making people come back to find out what happened because they extend the story line out for 100 years. Wow, that sounded incredibly dumb when I actually typed it out.

Electromagnetic interference screws up electronic equipment. An EM pulse is an E-lectro M-agnetic pulse. It renders everything electronic inoperable within a certain radius depending on how strong the pulse is. A huge electromagnet isn't necessarily going to pull a plane out of the air because it's a magnet, but it is going create an electromagnetic field that would fry all of the electronics in a plane passing through that field. I don't know how strong the electromagnet would have to be to create an electromagnetic field that would encompass an airplane passing overhead and even if it could, at that point would the magnet be so strong it would pull the plane out of the air anyway. See....simple.
