The Frieza series is one of my favorites. I dont know what it is about the show, but whenever I'm finished watching one, I feel like I should run straight to the gym to get a good workout in. Its probably from watching them train so hard. Or, maybe Im just a dork. Either way, it gets me to the gym, so I consider it a good thing. :dancingne
