Dave Palumbo is out of jail..
Pretty good article in the new MD mag this month. Talks about how he just pretty much ate tuna. He tried to drink milk once and almost shit his pants. lol. He also put on a Bodybuilding show in prison.
Oh ya, and one of the CO's told him that he better not catch him with any "creatine drugs" LMFAO.. He only lost like 12 lbs. Looks better then before he went in.

You'd be surprised what kind of shit they can get in there. I wouldn't be surprised if he got his hands on some d-bols or protein powder somehow. LOL

Who knows if he juiced in prison or not, but I do know that stuff is readily available in prison (no, I've never been behind bars, I'm talking about an acquaintance) It's expensive as all hell in there (he said dbol can go for as high as five bucks per tab [Canadian]), but stuff is available.

even if he was able to get some juice. remember, he would need needles and i doubt he had a bunch of needles sitting around. plus i can promise you all this, he didnt have a fridge to keep his GH and slin cold. this is a guy that uses all of this. 12lbs is pretty damn good if you ask me.

protein powder is sold in prison along with tuna he can eat when ever he wants. you can send a package of any legal sups you want. and needles are easy to get also there are tons of heroin users in prison. i had a-bombs in prison hidden in a vitamin bottle. and i was in a level 3 yard im sure he was level 1 or 2 were its almost like a summer camp. and just for the record he a fuckin scumb bag scammer!
