NO leves to be rebuilt the same as before...
I'm watchng Fox News and they have reported and confirmed, that the army corp of engineers are going to rebuild the leves the exact same as before. They have to wait for congress to approve the upgrade of the leve system. When this happens they will have to tear down the current system to build the upgraded system. What an absolute waste of time and money.
