Argh, buying a home is stressful

This is my first. I ask that agent so many damn questions. Hopefully it will all be over soon *deep breath*

Yeah it can be frustrating but you'll be happy once you're settled in there.

keep aking questions and get incolved with every aspect of the buy, this way it cuts down on the surprises after you get into it. I wish I had done more...I hate my house

lol.
Its def. one of the most stressful things in your life. The worst part is when your signing all the contracts and loans you have the lawyers and sellers in the same room and you realize EVERYONE is making money except you. - That Suxs!

When its all over you be glad you did it. Have something of you own.

Buying is easier than building though. It's tough to buy an existing house that has everything you like with nothing you hate. Like bmad said, take your time and get all the info, cause there's nothing like buyers remorse with a house--no such thing as a return policy! Good investment though and it'll be worth it once its all over. Good luck!

true dat. I would only build if I had a year to do it and about $150,000. Fucking plumbing and construction will make you go broke.

Buying a home is incredibly stressful, particularly a new home, because then you can also end up being responsible for fences, the yard, window coverings, appliances, air conditioning, etc, that are not included in the price of the home itself. Good luck, my friend, and keep asking questions so that you stay informed.
