Damn, coffee..
I usually have a cup of black coffee in the morning to get me going. Anyway, sana got me a black coffee from starbucks today. This shit is strong, too strong. Taste like im drinking an ash tray.

i am addicted starbucks coffee. i could never imagine drinking it black, it would be like drinking ash. the reason it has that burnt flavour is because they roast their beans longer than other coffees. you should try the mild blend next time, its easier on the pallat, but actually has more caffeine than bold so youll be flying high all day.

i'm a fucking coffee addict...
i was once given a cup of coffee by a columbian citizen, who had brewed it from his own stash and when i asked for sugar and cream he was offended as hell. while it is an acquired taste, if you're drinking a liquid candy bar than just save yourself some money and get some folgers. well roasted beans will have a MUCH stronger taste, if you're purchasing from shitbucks go ahead and ask for the breakfast blend, which is typically milder. their coffees ARE strong, but that's also because they're well made, and the oils from the coffee grounds aren't lost in a filter that's of the wrong make and robs it of some flavor. jordans right though, the more a coffee bean is roasted, the more caffeine is burnt out of it. but not all of us dig bourbon, or vodka either, find your poison of taste

Eight oclock coffee is good (that is the brand name)....their dark roast is very smooth and tastes great black...but I agree on the starbucks shit....its all in the name and not very good at that.

I like Starbucks and make it at home. Stromba doesn't like it as strong as I do so he uses less when he makes the coffee. My favorite blend is Veronna. I always used to use cream with my coffee but I tried it black and it tastes much cleaner and more refreshing this way. If I get it black from a Starbucks store I usually add a few ice-cubes to cool it off and water it down a bit.
I also love a good espresso right before getting to the gym.

agree starbucks is ass
gotta say though, when I order regular and black it seems like I'm 1 outta ten who does IMHO, most folks fru fru their coffee's up at starbucks like ice creams sundaes, have you ever looked at the calorie count on some of those babies, hell I could have 3/4 of steak

When I drink it I like it iced. But I just make my own stuff at work. I take the coffee there add splenda and non-dairy creamer.

My fiance thinks Dunkin Donuts coffee is, "burnt water". Ha Ha. She drinks coffee black because she likes the taste. Personally I think coffee tastes far too bitter black, so I add a packet of chocolate mix to it. I know, I know...that's kind of
, but I don't have to use cream and suger.I'm not a big fan of Starbucks either. I like Seatle's Best, but I'll drink just about anything. I don't even mind Folgers or Maxwellhouse "office coffee".
