increase hunger, very sad
Alright guys what would be a good way to increase my hunger for food? I know b-12 is good for that, anything else? Any natural ways?
I haven't really ate much food at all for the last 2 weeks or so, I have been a bit depressed since my girlfriend of nearly 8 years left me (I spent everyday with her for 1/3 of my life), I can't eat and when I do eat, its pure junk food. To sad to cook, nothing has taste, just been driving around and getting fast food. Im training very well though, just can't eat or sleep. Any suggestions? |

You gotta start eating multiple small meals throughout the day to get your metabolism going. Sorry to hear that though bro. You'll get through it man, just stay strong and keep your head up.

Hey think on the bright side.
I just broke up with my girlfriend. I feel happy. no one to answer too. just take it easy, hang out with the boys. drink it up. it'll pass. take a break, decide how to better yourself. enjoy single life |

just try to eat man, i know its hard but dont let that shit bring u down bro. Im going through that also. I couldnt eat for a week but i was like fuck i need to eat or else im gonna get small.
I try to eat good, im not eating how i am supposed to eat but im still in good shape though 225. Sorry to hear that man, i know how it feels. 8 years is shitloads man compared to me 4 years. I really really really fucked it up this Saturday night, we got into a very huge argument. And i was doing good, it was a matter of time until i got her back but i fucked up. pm me man if u need anything.

its hard to do something when you feel like you lost your reason. keep your mind busy if you can long enough to just get your meals in and try to eat at the same times each day so you eat out of habit. best of luck

i know where your coming from man... my wife split on me 3 days before Xmas... i lost 20lb in 3 weeks.... I am still down 10 from where i was..... my apatite is just now starting to get back to normal. I am training ok but not eating that well. I had to move out of my house and i find it depressing in the shit hole i am currently living in.... i go out drinking and eating out just so i dont have to sit home alone...
try and stay in good spirits... it will pass eventually, but it takes a while. try and eat small meals / snacks through out the day if you can... pm me if you feel like venting... |
